1. Internet TV - Technical requirements for Windows Media Player

For wathcing you need Windows Media Player(version 9 or newer) and a broadband.

Internet-connection speed should be at least 512 kbps. We recommend 1 Mbps coneection speed or more, to get the best quality and experience of our service.If you are not sure of you broadband speed, contact your sevice provider.(eg. Maxinetti, Sonera or Elisa). You can also measure your broadbans speedhttp://www.speedtest.net sivustolla.

The minimum requirements for the operating system and the computer

• Operating System: Windows -2000, -2003, Me, XP, Vista tai Windows 7
• Processor: Pentium III 733 Mhz or better
• Browser: Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer
• Broadband speed at minimum 512 kbps
• Windows Media Player 9 or newer
• Display resolution: at least 800 x 600 pixels
• RAM: 256 megabytes or more
• Sound card and speakers

2. How to get to fullscreen

Double-click video to get to fullscreen mode. To exit fullscreen mode press "ESC".

3. Player software

VLC-player

Here is an optional way to watch Internet TV. Download VLC-player latest version www.videolan.org. Click on download VLC.

Instructions based on VLC-players latest version.

Windows

After opening the program go to "Media" menu -> choose streaming from the net. Choose HTTP and write on the address field http://www.tv7.fi/asx/tv7_live.asx . Press Play.

Linux

After opening the program go to "Media" menu -> and choose "open network" . Choose HTTP and write on the address field http://www.tv7.fi/asx/tv7_live.asx . Press Play.

Mac

After opening the program go to "Archive" menu -> and choose "open network".Write in the address field http://www.tv7.fi/asx/tv7_live.asx.

Windows Media player

Start Windows Media Player. Click "Ctrl + U". You can link TV7 stream address http://www.tv7.fi/asx/tv7_live.asx straight to the window that opened http://www.tv7.fi/asx/tv7_live.asx.

4. Mac plugin

We have good experience with TV7s Mac OS X computers using free Flip4Mac. Download Flip4Mac. Accessory part exploits Quick Time-player.
