For campaigns lasting a week or longer an separate quote will be given.

Prices include morning- and evening rerun. VAT of 23% will be included to prices. Changes in prices caused by legislation or other Authority decision affect also in made reservations.

Separate offer will be given if advertisement is done by TV7.

Advertising agency fee or media office premium

Advertising agency fee or media office premium is 15% of the VAT:less price for the agencies approved by the channel. Possible discounts will be reimbursed in the bill. Media offices and authorized advertising offices approved by the channel will be granted 30 days net of payment time.

Billing, payment terms and reclamation

Payment time is 7 days. Time over due will be charged 11% interest. Notices about the bill must be done within eight days in writing to TV7. If the ad is not shown due to a proadcasting failure ad renewal will be discussed seperatly.

Advertising content

TV7 observes common advertising principles. All advertising material must be in unison with the legislation and the instructions given how to advertise. We do not show any advertising referring to tobacco, alcohol or sex services. The content of the ad cannot be in contradiction with the Christian values of the channel. Advertiser is resbonsible for the content of the ad, the rights of use and/or the copyright and the payment.

SUPPORT BAN: Adverts published in TV7 uutiset -magazine and the ads shown in TV7 channel cannot contain support phonenumbers or support account numbers.

Advert must be delivered at least seven work days before first proadcast. Advert material must be in on of the following formats: Dvcam, DVD or miniDV.

If the provided material is not made by the technical guidelines, or it´s late, or it is not functioning technically or the content is precatious, we cannot quarantee for the campaign to start on a desired date. Channel reserves the right to file advert tapes.

Presentation guide

Channel delivers timing instructions by e-mail to the client. If the client after receiving it does not raise changes timing instructions are to be set. TV7 reserves the right to itself to delay an ad or cancel the whole campaign without liability for damages if compelled by valid cause. This will be noticed to the client immediately and also for example a new broadcasting time will be agreed.

Annual Agreement

Heaven TV7 does also Annual Agreements for advertising. In annual contract negotiation customer-specific billing procedure can be agreed. Discounts will be counted from the purchased advertising VAT:less price from where the discount agreed in annual contract negotiation will be subrtacted. If the annual contract term is not met TV7 has the right to bill reimbursed discounts. Condition to agree upon an Annual Agreement is credit rating.
